Chief Executive Officer

AJ Brancaccio is an innovative and leading sales executive with over 20 years of institutional sales experience in the financial service industry. Up until founding FCN, AJ was senior sales director at MSCI, formerly RiskMetrics, for the past 15 years covering both buy side and sell side institutions. During his tenure at MSCI, AJ has covered all client segments in alternative investments including prime brokers, capital introduction teams, fund of funds and fund managers. He is well versed in MSCI’s products and services and understands the value proposition of MSCI’s analytics. Prior to joining MSCI, AJ worked on the sell side, selling distressed debt and high yield securities at Stifel Nicholas (formerly Stone & Youngberg) where his clients included hedge fund managers.

John has been a leading media marketing executive for over 20 years. Prior to join FCN, John founded and was CEO of One Circle Media. One Circle has over 2 decades of experience in marketing, design, creative services and media content creation for Fortune 500 companies, Networks and Brands such as Accenture, KPMG, AMC, BBC, Amazon, Lionsgate, Intel, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, and NASDAQ. One Circle has worked on numerous Emmy award winning shows such as Mad Men, The Walking Dead, and Breaking Bad and was also awarded a Cannes Silver Lion award for their corporate work. John will handle all marketing, creative services and content creation for FCN. John started his career on Wall Street working for Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in Brokerage, Sales & Trading and Investment Banking.

Head of Allocations

Todd is a seasoned industry leader in the Alternative Investment industry with over 20 years’ experience. He has held a variety of senior positions as both an allocator and business development/operational roles, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at two US / Global equity long/short funds, as well as a European based long/short strategy where he grew AUM to over $1.25Bn. Todd was also responsible for manager allocations of several Billion $ in AUM as Senior Analyst for Equities at Man Group, Morgan Stanley, and The Carlyle Group. He is a graduate of Princeton University with an B.A. In Economics.

With more than 25 years as an entrepreneur and consultant, Lisa has been designing and executing growth initiatives for herself and her partners. Before joining FCN, Lisa was a Principal at Modern Research Systems, a marketing consultancy. Prior to this, she worked at several different startups with a direct-to-consumer orientation. She started her career as a conference planner at The Conference Board. Lisa holds a BA in Political Science and Western European Studies from the University of Pittsburgh and a Culinary and Restaurant Management Degree from the Institute of Culinary Education.

Head of Production

Melissa Gomez is an award-winning storyteller and producer with over 10 years of experience creating original content for brands like Audible, AMC, and H&M. Melissa’s background includes producing Emmy-nominated documentaries for PBS and ESPN and working with companies like One Circle Media, Radical Media, Jigsaw Productions, and Loki Films. She holds a BFA in Image Arts: New Media from Ryerson University and an MA in Screen Documentary from Goldsmiths College, University of London. As Head of Production, Melissa oversees all aspects of production for FCN Media, including creative services, design, and branded content creation, PR, Digital, and Social for a range of hedge fund and allocator clients.
