This notice explains how Financial Capital Network, Inc. (“FCN”, “we” or “us”) handles information collected through fincapnet.com, media.fincapnet.com and ai.fincapnet.com (the “Sites”). It does not cover the FCN platform, which is governed by our agreements with clients.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo, a project or a diagnostic, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, company, job title and the details you choose to share.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to operate and secure the Sites.
The Sites do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, arrange meetings and send you information you asked for. We use technical information to run, maintain and protect the Sites.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own confidentiality and security terms:
- Close, our customer relationship management system, where requests are stored.
- Google Workspace, which we use for email.
- Vercel, which hosts the Sites.
- Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces on the Sites and receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep request information for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@fincapnet.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Sites are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
